Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualification:

    • Must have passed Matriculation or Intermediate exams in 2024 with at least 60% marks.
    • The examination must have been taken under a board recognized in Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK).

  2. Residency:

    • Must be a permanent resident of AJK.

  3. Institution:

    • Must be enrolled in a full-time educational institution at the Intermediate or Graduate level.

  4. Income Limit:

    • The total monthly income of the applicant’s parents/guardian should not exceed PKR 60,000.
    • This limit does not apply to children of government employees in BPS 1-4 or civilians martyred during service.

  5. Background:

    • Applicants must not have availed any other scholarship at the time of application.

  6. Special Quotas:

    • 30% of the scholarships are reserved for students belonging to special categories, including:
      • Orphans
      • Children of government employees in BPS 1-4
      • Special (differently-abled) students
      • Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks

  7. Merit Basis:

    • Students must meet the merit criteria set by PEEF.
